wait,im so confused. did you have to send them any money? or did you just complain and they sent them for free? I got them free and didnt even have to complain as he already was aware of the problem and was happy to send them all out to me. |

Wonder how quickly you'll have them on ebay ;D no, not for sale. I collect the cut outs. i do wonder what they would sell for since most people didnt get them. |

hey guys ive been getting tons of PM's about getting the phone number for Jakks customer service. I cant find the orginal thread that the number was in. i had it on a piece of paper too but cant find it. I'll let you know if i come across it. And if anyone else has the number could you please post it for everyone

I found both of these numbers on their site and they both say that they're customer service numbers.
1-877-875-2557
1-800-545-2557
Their office hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, so I wouldn't try calling right now.

I bought two ECW rings and didnt get the cut outs and one didnt come with the ringside stickes. If I wouldnt have seen this thread I would have never known it happened to others. I went a few weeks thinking I was screwed. So thank you to the people who brought this up.
