I'm so  ing pissed off. I got the KB Edge ring, but no ing edge, and no ing table. It wasn't opened. WTF?!? Will KB let me get something different if I exchange it? If they don't believe me, can I send e-mail Jakks? Now that I think about it, after all this ****, I don't even want the damn edge anymore. I just want my money back, or some other figs.... EDIT: This happen to anyone else?? |

Yes, Of course they'll refund you. I mean, Just explain to the worker the set was opened and missing things. Im SURE they'd refund you. Well, They should refund you. That really sucks

Alright...I got everything taken care of. I got 'Taker/Kane/Bearer, and even though I returned the ring, I still filled out the survey to get $5 off something, so I got RA26 Hardcore Holly. Sweet.

I think it would sound better if you said you wanted an exchange, would sound less like you were just trying to gain a free figure. But since you've said you want a refund, well I don't know what their reaction would be.
