I can honestly say that I enjoy these sets. I have always enjoyed street/entrance gear figs though.

I agree. Every figure that comes out should be a new human being. No repaints. We only need 1 Hogan not 20. 1 Warrior 1 bret hart etc...

well, stom?? any thoughts? seriously dude, you should have just relaxed.. You got the pictures, and everyone got the pictures after waiting so impatiently. The set sucks, worst thing out since CSTT5 Slaughter and Shiek. Yeah STOM should settle down. I have never seen anyone on this site with less patience than STOMWIJF. Whenever I check out the bad trader thread he's on there alot trying to get someone added for not having his stuff sent in the fastest time. Just calm down dude. So what if he is 24 and maybe can't get a picture deleted? People like him who are so quick to jump to conclusions bug the hell out of me. Overall I like the set though and I plan to pick them all up STOM is the worst on waiting. I had a trade with him, and he was supposed to hold to LJNs for a Noble and Mr Ass, figures. But I sent him a email telling him I went out of town and couldn't recieve them when I was gone. So I got about 30 harassing emails from him, and he has no patients at all.. |

This is a major reason i think protos are a good idea. Had Jakks released protos of TT7 months ago, they could have gotten some great feedback on what the collectors think and make adjustments. Instead they put out something half assed and sales are going to suffer now because of it. Jakks has been really dropping the ball as of late (lack of new info, no new protos, cheap shortcuts, etc.) Personally i wont be purchasing any of these, my $60 might not mean much in the scheme of things but if more people feel like i do it has a huge effect. If the current trend continues i will stop collecting, its an expensive hobby and i refuse to pay my hard earned cash on a sub par product.

 not a great shot, but here's the card back with all three sets Wow.....*shakes heads*....I'm seriously trying to find some damn positive features about this set......I guess the Horsemen shirts are cool. I'm not one to hit on the negatives, but this set is nothing great. I'm starting to become a little irritated by all the re-paints we're getting. I like re-paints but only if there is some significant differences between the figures. Lex Luger no one can really complain about (even though the trunks could've been a different color) because he was a last minute replacement. But the others just plain blow. After Benoti was taken out, the figure I was looking forward to the most was Flair with hopes of him with new colors and robe. I agree. Every figure that comes out should be a new human being. I agree there should be lots of new faces, but repaints can be just as great if the difference is big enough. |

i cant help but think about how much better the set would have been with benoit in it. it would have been his first cs fig. even if they reused the bowcw head sculpti would have definitely bought that 2-pack. now he surley will never get a cs fig.

OMG. As great as the CS16 protos were, so bad these 2 packs are.
Was it really so hard for Jakks
- to design a new T-Shirt?
- giving Windham the same colored kneepads?
- giving Flair the CSDA head?
- giving Luger a different colored pant?
- putting some fabric jackets on Tully and Arn?
All 3 sets are some cheap crap! That´s why they aren´t releasing any more protos, because they know, that collectors would riot! Seems if Jakks know that they´re losing their license soon and now try to make the most money with the cheapest investments.

I might buy the Flair set because I've been waiting an old school Flair in a suit for awhile now. Just like the last CSTT set, I could careless about it.

listen this is crap.....we need to let Jakks know how we feel about molded shirts/jackets ruining our sets....the classics are the prime line....when it comes to how much we pay...and even for moc collector purposes holds no weight...to release a whole line of repaints was one thing ...but with molded shirts....i would of got the whole set for fed...but i never seen a guy work a whole match in his garb and will not be purchasing these after thinking it through...i know these will be shelf warmers....if anyone does plan on settling for this set ....wait.....they will be the $11.98 Slaughter/Mustafa ,Million Dollar Man/Virgil discounted crap in 2 months and i for one still wont buy them...JAKKS LOOK AT THE THE PAST....BESIDES 1 OF's MOLDED CLOTHING SELLS LESS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL NOT BUY THESE BASED ON THAT...(though I'm sure plenty of kids will say "calm down""quit whining" ) but I'm trying to help OUR collection . and if you don't agree...then I'm trying to help MY collection

Just want to thank all the people that believed me...maybe this can end no pic no proof Bs on this board...and Just start taking people's word...All I was trying to do was help fellow collectors like myslef...know the new 2 packs are out...and all i get negative comments...tnx again to the guys that supported me....and most you guys are right this set does suck...The flair is pretty nice tho
