Since this tournament is looking to name the most underrated figure, that would also mean the figure must be of high quality without being acknowledged as much (obviously),
so I'll stick with HBK.
Even though the Wild Samoans were a suggestion of mine, in this particular case, I believe HBK was the better figure and among all of the HBK's out there, is actually one of the best.

Because Jakks made it look like Afa and Sika were the same size as Yokozuna, for f*ck's sake.

The 3-pack Samoans are ten times better than CSTT Samoans because of the smaller torso that was used so I'll have to go with HBK.
