The reason they can have that logo is because it's a cartoon picture. You watch any cartoon like SpongeBob, Ed Edd & Eddy, Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and others, you will see that. Now a curse word is completely different. And the one on Cena was a mistake. It was very small and only noticeble if you were looking for it.

For some reason, ass is acceptable nowadays.
'damn' could be interpreted with a religious aspect. I have no facts or proof, but this probably originates from the phrase 'g0d damn it' which is using someone's beliefs in vain, and this would open up a whole different type of problem.

I have a John Cena WM22 figure that says Kick Ass on his shirt. So why cant a WM23 shirt say damn ? Of course the Cena lettering is pretty small.

Isn't it obvious? You could see the "DAMN" in the package hanging on a peg in a store. But you couldn't see the naked DX asses just sitting on a peg! Remember, the mother who cried at Wal*Mart about the Al Snow "severed head" didn't actually BUY the figure she just saw it hanging on the peg.

prolly cause its on the back of the fig and nobody sees the back of the figs on the shelves so parents dont complain....if they had the word DANM on the front parents prolly wouldve have made a big deal out of it..

The thing I don't understand is that WWE DVDs are rated 15 or over and marketed to people of that age, yet the figures are dumbed down for people not old enough to be watching it! Idiocity I say.
