We're told that TNA iMPACT! drew a 1.1 rating with 1.5 million viewers tuning in last night. More soon.

Well I do know it was going up against the mlb playoffs and I for one missed Impact in favor of seeing the Yankees humiliated.

Yeah 1.1 was not too good. They need to get new writers and just DUMP the crap they are doing now... It is not compelling. I don't even feel like I miss anything when I don't see a show. This shouldn't be the feeling one gets.

What were people expecting then?
TNA gets 2 hours & suddenly people would jump all over it. It will take time to attract the audience, TNA needs to use the second hour in a positive way by lewtting the X-Division shine & using the talented fresh guys they have to show a strong product whilst using big names in main event to attract casual attention.
This will not happen over night, however if TNA doesn't make the adjustments to put out the strong TV show they could it won't make any difference

I thought it was a decent show and a lot better than the spoliers made it sound, but it needs to get better.
I don't understand why people are shocked by this. It isn't like they are going to go from 1.1's - 3.5's in a matter of one week. It is something that needs time.
