I no what some image hosts(angelfire, Geocities, etc) are but i wanted to know how to upload pictures on the image host website?

Do angelfire. just go to sign up, make sure your in your webshell, then go to:
FILE UPLOAD
Select a file to upload:
click browse and select your file.
