How do I make the GIf in my Sig bigger also i am allowed to have a gif in my sig?

I dont think your allowed to have GIF's in your sig, it will probably get edited, pictures are a lot better to look at anyway  |

it can only be 2-4 frames so that isn't allowed cause it has over 2-4.
