I was looking through Rey in India pics on wwe.com and I noticed that it looks like has a new tattoo of a necklace around his neck, look:   |

I meantioned that necklace tattoo when he was on Smackdown that one time and was attacked by Umaga and Vince but most people said it was just a necklace, not a tattoo. Looks like I was right. I'm not a big fan of that necklace tattoo, but Rey's got alot of nice ones, so I'm curious to see what new stuff he got done. I think that the only person who can outdo Rey when it comes to tattoos is Punk, but Rey is definitley up there.

the one on his right forearn is a portait of eddy guerrero.
rey and i get our work done by the same guy and he told me about it about 6 months ago.
not positive thas what it is. but thats what rey had planned for that spot
