Don't hate the person, but absolutely hate the character. WWE seems to think that by making John Cena this unstoppable monster that when they put him in matches that during the Attitude era would seem like there is no way he could win, he ends up doing so. Creative has such a hard on for his character that has not been fresh in 2 years. You would think the smart thing to do on ECW this past week would've let Nitro go over, to solidify him as a real competitor, but they feed him to cena and make the ECW title look like a joke (it already was a joke, but I'm not getting into that one)
I think they need to do something sporadic with him. If they want to keep the belt on him, make him turn heel. Have him come out every week and piss the crowd off saying that all of their favorites look like crapin the ring compared to him. Give him the JBL bit where he talks about how long he's had a strangle hold on the title and that everyone can kiss his ass. Then at every PPV, do what they've been doing and have him win those "impossible odds". THAT would be worth watching.

1) he is a rock wannabe
2) everyone who defends him never watched during the austin era and is like 12
3) every good match hes ever had hes been carried to/ has been with another top star
4) he buries people
5) he never jobs
6) he's stale
7) he's been champion for like 3 years
8) his matches are boring and have a lot of chinlocks and other boring stuff in them
9) he beat hbk when hbk should have won the title
10) he has corny promos

i hate cena cuz he only has 4 moves,his gimmick is wack,u want reel thugs go for crime tyme,hes a wannabe(regardlkess of gimmick)cant rap for nutin,cant freestyle against me,ill beat him in dat,uh lets see he cant dress,he talks about "hard knock's which rymes wit somethin i think he does,uh his rap flow sucks,9 year old boys only laff at his jokes,cant think of anymore

Id have to say its because I think like lots have sed he stale...I dont like him cause he claimed to be a marine just to sell his movie wich i mite add i would like my money back causee i saw it and it sucked dank. It was just like him in WWE he never dies and it sucks id like to  in kill his character he boring....If he cuts a promo i know whats gonna be sed " the Champ is here"" you cant see me" hey ill admit when he was coming out as a heel wid his crazy raps and that i liked him it was cool but now he jus bullsh*t hate me for it but he doestnt have any crazy moves in his moveset and he boring on them mic my question for u is why like him what does he have? and my answer is he has NOTHING! ~WorDLifE~ |

i havent watched wrestling since around the time that triple h got injured (i have found it quite boring for a few years though but kept watching for some reason lol) but you say people want to watch cena? have you even looked at the facts?
here in uk anyway the raw rating have gone down ALOT lately, im not just saying thats due to cena as its not (its just the whole product is poor and hes the champ so everything gets blamed on him). to me his matches are boring and i thought the same about hogan and 80% of stone cold matches
he is much better as a heel imo because he uses a different style then (isnt the superhero) and it suits is charcter alot more. since he as been face hes just been so cheesy and corny

They did it with Benoit when he lost the title to Orton, and Benoit's character up until June '07 was building up to become another world champion. If Benoit had stayed world champ up until his death, he would have grown stale and boring like Cena has. Cena has held the title for 2 (3?) years now and the only people who are taking interest to him winning over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again are 12 year olds who have only just began to watch WWE and who haven't seen the likes of SCSA and Mankind wrestle during the attitude era. Keeping Cena as champ is selling his products, figures and god knows what else sell fast, and therefore brings in big money for WWE. Ever wonder why there are soooooooo may John Cena figure repaints? Because they sell, and around 50% of the wrestling fans are aged under 18. Also, parents take their youngsters to WWE events to see their hero - John Cena, in the main event. Even more money made for WWE. Without Cena champ, WWE would have to build up another character, and we know WWE can be lazy ***holes sometimes. It's an endless cycle, Cena wont be losing the title for a long time, it's bull **** I know.... |

I dont mind and respect cena but i dislike him for 2 reasons:
-the fact that the piece of gold on his shoulder has been around his shoulder for 2,347,853 days straight.
-because he has been made out to be so strong that he basically has to be cheated to loose.
Thats my opinion and im entitled to it.

I dont hate John Cena, i just think he is overrated. I mean sure he is one of the big money makers of WWE, but hes not the most talented. There are plenty of guys that could be in the same spot he is based on talent alone. Guys like HHH, HBK, RVD, Orton, Taker, Kane, Finlay (yes i think finlay is a good wrestler), and so many more people can carry the WWE on there backs but WWE dont want Cena to be dropped from the main event. WWE need to realise it is not just about Cena, that its about who has talent and gives ratings and all that other stuff. John Cena is probably the most over rated star in the WWE ever. Thats my opinion on this matter.

I like his character, I like the person, but not-so-much, the overcoming the odds, always champion part. On second thought, maybe I don't like the character, but, I guess I could live with seeing the PERSON John Cena on TV, rather than that ugly ass spinner with him all the time.  THE CHAMP. IS. I hate Cena because I don't like his style of wrestling. His gimmic is old. Cena holding the title for 23 out of the past 24 or 25 months is boring. Also overcoming the odds each week is getting annoying. Seeing him beat someone like HBK bothers me. He should of lost the title at Wrestlemania the latest.

Most people hate him because they are jelous that he's a WWE Champion. They want to be him and because they aint him they try act hard on forums and slag him off or try boo him to the best of their ability at shows, but if he met them outside they wouldnt say jack **** because they know they would get the **** beat out of them. first of all. I dont wanna be him. Second of all, that $$$$$ mother er cant touch me, or i'd send his poser ass straight to jail. |

He Is Only WWE Champion Because He Appeals To Children And Or Women.
He Can Only Do About 10 Moves.
He Is Roided Off His Head.
All His Promos Involve Him Saying "He Will Never Back Down From A Fight" And If You Want Some, Come Get Some"
All His Matches Are Predictable (i.e, He Win's)
