John cena or Ric flair, at the age he is it is surprising to see him wrestle week in, week out house shows, live events. You can't argue that either are not some of the best workers in WWE at this time.

John Cena Say what you want about him, but the guy is a workhorse for this company... bull shit. HBK hands down.

tehres a difference between hard worker, highest in power politically, longest working, and everything else
we truely cant know...
How do we know Michaels is really working his ass off every match hes in? how do we know he doesnt just go to teh show, go on tv, then leave? but from what we hear, great candidates are Michaels, Benoit and Taker...
I would say Michaels though but i mean its just that we dont know

John Cena is all-round the best wrestler in the world.
And those saying HBK are wrong. He misses the majority of house shows.

If we're going by match quality, Shawn Michaels. The guy can still carry just about anyone to a watchable match, and besides his selling, he has terrific ring psychology. I say HBK because of work-rate only...
Looking at dedication, willingness to work with anyone, etc., then I'll say John Cena. He's improved so much over the last two years, and has already been in a slew of MOTYC this year with HBK, the Four Way at Backlash, etc. He even got a couple of good matches out of Khali.
I think Cena's matches are largely laid out by the road agents like Malenko and Patterson etc in order to hide all of his weaknesses, so again, something to consider.

In all honesty...The Undertaker and HBK! Of the young guys, although I hate to say it. John Cena is the hardest worker of the young talent.
