As you may know, there are many Intercontinental Champions in WWE history. This Tournament will determine the greatest IC Champion ever! The first wrestler to score 5 votes will move on to the next round. IF YOU SEE THAT A WRESTLER ALREADY HAS 5 OR MORE VOTES, DO NOT VOTE AT ALL, IT WLL NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. AS WELL, IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 5 VOTES FOR A PERSON PLEASE DO NOT POST ON THIS THREAD. LET IT MOVE DOWN, THAT WAY IT WON'T BLOCK THE MAIN PAGE. ONCE A WINNER FOR THIS ROUND IS DETERMINED, I WILL POST ANOTHER THREAD STARTING A NEW ROUND IN THE TOURNAMENT. PLEASE START VOTING!

I have to go with Savage on this one. I just wish Steamboat's reign would have been a little lengthier. I heard he was supposed to hold the title for quite a while, I forgot what prevented this though, whether it may have been an injury or something.
