For me they are:
Raw World Title- Triple H
SD World Title- Brock Lesnar
ECW Title- Big Show
IC Title- Randy Orton
US Title- Booker T
Raw Tag Titles- La Resistance
SD Tag Titles- TWGTT
Women's Title- Trish Stratus
Cruiserweight Title- Gregory Helms
BTW I put Raw World Title & SD World Title as a way of doing it per show, since the titles switched in the 2005 draft. So what would they be for you?

Raw World Title- I dunno. Raw's main event scene has always paled in comparison to Smackdown's. I guess Goldberg for nostalgia.
SD World- Tough choice, but I'll say JBL. Lesnar is a close 2nd.
IC Title- Shelton Benjamin
US Title- Eddie Guerrero
Raw Tag- dunno
SD Tag- WGTT
Women's- Mickie
Cruiser- dunno

They've all been pretty **** since about 2000 to be honest... when rey won the heavyweight title, i think all meaning to titles lost credibility.

WWE: JBL - I just loved everything about JBL at the time and it made me watch Smackdown.
IC: Umaga - I just like when he yells his name.
WWE Tag Team: MNM - Honestly, they were amazing back then.
Woman's Title: Victoria - Back when she first came in with the weirdo gimmick.
Heavyweight: Triple H - Nuff said.
US: MVP - cause he is ballin'
World Tag Team: Hurricane & Rosey - Just so funny to watch
Crusierweight: Jamie Noble - Great character at the time and made the division fun.
ECW: Big Show - Honestly, him just beasting everyone was great.

RAW World Title - JBL (was SD at the time)
SD World Title - Mysterio (it was so unrealistic that it was humorous. He'd get squashed every non-title match and go over in every title match till he finally dropped the strap to Book-O at GAB)
IC Title - Orton's from 03 - 04. . .
US Title - Eddie Guerrero's was good.
World Tag - Hmmm. . .It's recent, but the Hardyz' reign was good.
WWE Tag - Kendrick/London, Tajiri/Eddie, or Los Guerreros . . .
Cruiserweight - Tajiri's was good, I think he beat Kidman for it right when the split started in April '02.
Women's - Victoria.
E C W - Would have to be RVD's even though short.

RAW World Title: Chris Benoit (I hate the man now, but I remember marking like crazy all throughout 04)
SD World Title: Brock Lesnar. His first heel reign was fantastic, albeit very short.
IC: Booker T. Again, short, but I was a mark for him.
US: John Cena. He brought credibility to the title and was damn entertaining.
RAW Tag Titles: The Hardyz most recent reign really did solidify the titles as being a big deal.
SD Tag Titles: Los Guerreros
Womens Title: Trish.
Cruiserweight Title: Matt Hardy V1.
