The whole arena is 9,000. I remember reading TNA was going to set it up for 6500 or so. This is about the same thing BFG drew (3,000)

This is good cause it's more than BFG and most were paying.

At least this shows signs that they're growing.
That number is more or less what I thought they'd bring in.

I think the reason they didn't hit 6,000 (what Lockdown drew) is because TNA had been there before & fans didn't have to pay to get in while Chi-Town & St. Louis never got TNA.

Chi-Town still hasn't got TNA. Detroit got BFG last year. I'm sure if TNA had a smaller venue, it would have been a little better. Detroit(Plymouth, MI) was sold out. People standing for the entire show. It was definately something I want to attend again. Now I know the big arena made TNA look more "competitive" or "professional" but if you can't fill it, then why bother.. The cost of the seats are a little high, but we can't really do much about that. I found BFG worth my $150 ticket.

I think it's pretty embarrassing that TNA couldn't sell out the venue in the city they started out in. After fans begged them for years to return.
Also, the card for the show was not there and built up pretty terribly.

TheVileOne, I hate to break it to you but just because you start there don't mean you'll still have fans there. They was use to get into TNA for free & Orlando is only 7-8 hours away from Nasvhille. So, why would I want to buy a ticket when I can go to Orlando & see a show for free

That's a point. But TNA needs to learn from this that they might be NUMBER 2 in the US. But they are a ing distant number 2. WWE does NOT run free shows. ROH never runs free shows.

The thing is that's their deal with Universeal Studios. They don't charge because alot of people are in the park (80.00 for an adult or so). That's a hot vacation spot so I see why they are there.

Every week in the Impact Zone has gotten pretty bad.
Problem is that they are in no state to tour regularly and tape shows elsewhere. And they are no where near ready to have a live weekly TV show either.
TNA should be going to smaller venues, even ones over 5,000 is too much. They should not run in places where the seats will be half empty.

It's funny everyone always says the iMPACT Zone fans suck.. those what 1,000 fans make more noise than WWE's fans. No, i'm not turning this into WWE vs TNA thing but it's true. Sure, they have a ring girl but atleast the fans are into the show right? The thing with being in Orlando they (little kids) will see "wrestling" & think John Cena, Batista, Lashley will be there & their parents will take them. They see all the people TNA has & might start watching TNA. It's bad being there but it really has the advantages. No, i'm not saying it's the greatest place but it's far from the worse. The iMPACT Zone is big enough to fit 1,000 fans & give it the look of more.

Anyone's fans could be loud and obnoxious if the show was taped on a sound stage.
