In terms of gross misses, probably Owen dropping Stone Cold on his head, Sid breaking his leg (ewe), Brock landing on his face, or Hayabusa breaking his neck. Those were pretty bad. I think Hayabusa and Sid were the worst. They still make me sick just thinking about them.
