Remember the year that Eddie Guerrero had died? Then that same year they inducted him into WWE's Hall Of Fame. Do you think that Chris Benoit will be the in the Class of 2008? Or do you think WWE will want nothing to do with Chris Benoit as a wrestler, nor as a person? I beleive as a wrestler, he should be in the Hall Of Fame, but I don't think WWE will do it.

No, because he is no longer considered a wrestler. He is a murderer.
And that's the truth and the common mindset of most people.

He isn't a wrestler because hes dead. OJ Simpson is a double murderer as well and is still in the hall of fame and is still considere one of the best RB's in NFL history. Any stupid moves you make off the field or out of the ring does not change what you accomplish in the ring or on the field. I would say by the looks of WWE's page where they dont acknowlege that that there ever was a Chris Benoit or that he ever held their most prized titles that he would not be going into the hall of fame, no.

Well OJ was proven innocent. Did he do it? Maybe. Most likely. But that doesn't matter. He got away with it. Benoit did not.

And I remember LA being scared of race riots and letting him off the hook. We will never know if Benoit would have gotten away with it or not had he gone to court since he isn't alive to go. That being said, just like OJ, Benoit will never be charged with the murders. However, there was more evidence that OJ killed those two then there is that Benoit killed his wife and son .

This has become quite the burning question as of late. Seems like a blurry situation. They probably won't though just to get their names out of the tabloids. By this time comes around Vince will probably be defending himself in court for roid alegations.

Not a chance, Never and not in any hall of fame that has any interest in holding any credibility. You never get a free pass on murder, and especially not murdering an innocent and defenseless child.
Just induct Dynamite Kid, same difference, only Dynamite didn't steal his entire moveset.
This is one of those truly rare times in professional wrestling where you safely can say never.

i've been thinking about starting my own thread on this one but i'm glad someone beat me to it.
First of all i thought you were innocent until proven guilty? have the police revealed anything thats happened yet? no, have they ruled out triple homicide? no, have they ruled out Nancy killing Daniel then Chris killing her? no.
Lets face it, until the full police report is made it is all rumour and allegations and people jumping to conclusions. People on here saying "burn in hell" and "legacy means Chocolate Shark" i'm not gonna flame you, your entitled to your opinions but dont you all want a definitive answer to what happened? There was plenty of evidence to exhonerate OJ, thats why he was never proven guilty. We dont know all of the evidence in the Benoit case but to say "Roid Rage" is ignorant and stupid, you dont tie someone up in roid rage. If he is proven guilty without a shadow of a doubt then no but if he is proven innocent of both or one or any evidence is inconclusive then its a resounding yes.
In my opinion Chris Benoit was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time and will be included in any of my top ten lists regardless. judge me all you want but remember there are people on here that take pride in kiddie fiddlers (Randy Savage), drug addicts (Randy Orton & Jake Roberts) and real 'roid addled, homophobic, anti semitic one hit wonders (Warrior).
just something for you all to think about
