Jamie Noble, Paul London, Rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, Funaki, Ultimo Dragon, Tajiri, Billy Kidman, Akio, Sakoda, Nunzio, Spike Dudley, Chavo Classic, Scotty 2 Hotty, Shannon Moore, and Spanky (for a very short part.) I might be missing one or two.

Around the time when Knoble was champ.
So like.. end of '02-ish into '03-ish. Then after that, it got pretty interesting with Matt/Rey.

Anytime Rey had or was chasing the title. Only because it was like defended every week and was an important title. When Rey was out of the picture, it went down hill.

I think when it was Wrestlemania 20 when they had the open Challenge CW battle royal. They had GREAT CW`s back then . I loved the CW Division back then

Id say 2004 to the end of summer of 05. They had such a great variety of top notch cruiserweights and the evolution of the division really.
