To be honest i have not seen that many bad ladder matches..there always pretty decent..

I'd have to say the WrestleMania X re-match between HBK & Razor. Although it was a decent match, the reason I say it's the worst is due to a few botches during the match such as the botched ending.
You can see during the match where the botched ending happened and HBK got all pissed off and had to set up the ladder again and climb back up. If it weren't for the botches, it would've been fine with me.

The one with Eddie against RVD on RAW where the fan who looked like Crash Holly tipped the ladder over.

Chris Jericho vs. Christian from Unforgiven 2004. Just completely boring and uneventful considering who was involved.

Yeah, TLC's count. Anything that involves climbing a ladder to grab something. I would have to say the worst was Sabu vs. RVD from August 06 like someone said above. They ed the match up. |

Edge vs Christian at No Mercy 2001 is really crappy. Christian really hasn't been in many good ladder matches as a singles wrestling. His match with Y2J wasn't very good either.
