I gave him an 8.
Once he retires and we can start looking at his career as a whole, he'll most likely be bumped to a 9. But, right now, he's still got "it", but not as much as he used to. He's beginning to get a little formulaic in both his matches and his promo's, but overall he's still one of the best on the Raw roster, and will likely get a big return when it happens.
