Candice - Shes improving some but no where near where so many keep saying she is. No, shes actually just being pushed that way.
Maria- Why is she even on that list? What has she improved? Her intelligence on the show? Nope.
Torrie- Same thing with Maria. Shes never going to be a wrestler shes nothing more than a body. And shes not even that attractive anyway.

I'm still not high on Candice Michelle considering her finishing spinning heel kick still looks awful. She's improved, but it doesn't mean she's that good right now. Maybe in a year or two, but right now, nah.
To me, it's still just Mickie James and Victoria. I hear good things about Jillian Hall, but I haven't seen much lately. Torrie has been with the WWE for...6 years now? And she still pretty much wrestles the same way as before. She can bulldog now, that's about it. I don't know about Beth Phoenix yet, either.
Melina and Maria still do nothing for me either...well, Maria is absolutely gorgeous. Melina just annoys the hell out of me.

Now this is all IMO. If you don't like it, then oh well :].
Candice - I like her. I honestly don't think shes seriously the next Trish Stratus because I don't feel any of the divas can fit her boots.
Victoria - Victoria shouldn't have been traded to Smackdown. Good job there WWE :]. I want to see her as the womens champion.
Mickie - Mickie needs to go back to heel. Im sick of her being with Candice ever freakin Monday. I want to also see her as the womens champion instead of a lackey for Candice.
Melina - Yawn. Shes like the guy version of John Cena. Every week shes complaining and then when she fights its the same moves over and over.
Maria - I really wish WWE wouldn't make her such a bimbo. She does well in the ring. But, its pretty easy to tell she needs more in ring experience. She improved a little.. but not heeps.
Jillian - I know she has improved since her match with Stacy. I hope to see a nice feud coming along with her and Candice.
Beth - I was pumped to see Beth last Raw. I just don't think she really fits in the "Melina" crowd. She could kick Melina's ass if she wanted to.
As for Michelle, I don't usually watch too much Smackdown so I don't know about her :]
