Survivor Series used to be my favourite PPV when I was a kid growing up and watching the classic 5 on 5 and 4 on 4 matches. Those matches were so exciting to watch because all my favourite wrestlers were in those matches and i never knew who will come out on top. But in recent years at the Survivor Series they only have like 2 of these matches on card. I for one love these classic matches but all the matches on the card should be classic Survivor Series matches, maybe they can have one title match that can be the main attraction but the rest of the matches should be classic Survivor Series matches. What do you guys think ?

I think it's good when their's like 2-3 of those matches on the card their's usually 2 and the rest is w/e.

Yes, I think they should have at least one every PPV. Personally, I would like to see the world titles defended, and the rest of the matches survivor series elmination style matches.
I really liked the Smackdown vs. RAW one they did a while back.

Should have 2-3 every SVS, but that's about it. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing a title get defended in a Classic SVS match. Like where the sole survivor becomes champ. If there's several survivors, they battle it out in an elimination match.

I loved the classic Survivor Series, it was the Survivor Series matches that made the event one of the Big 4 PPV of the year, Now it might as well be "Judgment Day" for all it matters.
They stripped all the personality out of that event. I use to buy the Survivor Series magazine that would go over the teams and point out the mismatches, feuds, shakey alliances, and all kinds of fun stuff like that. Besides the hype and the buildup I always enjoyed the matches themselves as you would get some really great storytelling done in those matches.
Same with King of the Ring, that was always another favorite of mine. I dont know why WWE has shied away from putting out different types of PPV's in the last while, especially now that they have so many, you think there would be room to do something different every few months. Instead its just cookie cutter PPV's month after month.
I still have the Royal Rumble to look forward to every year, and its the only PPV I buy.
