I watched Raw last night and i wondered why did Bobby Lashley Choose Jeff Hardy as his partner even tho he lost last week to Orton. -Is WWE pushing Jeff Hardy?

because the wwe raw roster sucks and they had noone left.and the only good people that are on raw are either injured or already involved in another storyline.

From a storyline standpoint, Jeff Hardy would be an ideal superstar to choose for a partner based solely on his experience in tag-team matches. Going into a tag match, who better to team with than a former six time WWE World Tag Champ and WCW Tag Champ who also has some decent single title wins under his belt?
From a realistic standpoint, Jeff Hardy is a big draw and probably the biggest crowd pleaser who wasn't already booked for RAW last night.

Those come few and far between around here.

From a storyline standpoint he is one of the best tag team wrestlers in the history of the WWE, and from a realistic standpoint he is very popular and people pay to see him and he sells an extraordinary amount of merchandise. So leaving him off the show would have been a bad decision for the WWE when a lot of fans were looking forward to seeing him.

I agree, I'm always pumped to see Jeff Hardy do his dance in his entrance and see him do the extreme. IMO, Bobby Lashley was lucky to have such a great partner as Jeff :].

I think Jeff promised Lashley cheap steroids through Hardy's drug connection if Bobby picked him.

He's one of the most over faces on the roster. 'Tis why.

Because Jeff should be in the title picture, instead of Lashley... and Jeff is more over, than Lashley could ever dream of being...

Bobby didn't "choose Jeff", WWE chose Jeff, and who else is a single's competitor that is face on Raw? It is either Jeff or Sandman (but Sandman is dealing with Carlito)
