I don't get why everybody is on Kennedy's balls.
He has said the exact same thing as all the other WWE employed/on good terms wrestler that has spoken out. Cena said it perfectly on Larry King, but because it's Kennedy everybody is acting like he has written the wrestling bible.

Nothing for nothing...but what did you expect WWE employed guys like Kennedy/Helms/Cena/Hardy/JR to say? I'm not saying there is or isn't a steroid/drug problem in the WWE, but if there is a drug/steroid problem in the WWE do you really expect them to say it? All that will get them is either fired or punished in jobbing to mid-carders. (sort of like Trips went through when he celebrated in the ring with Hall & Nash before they left for WCW)
The best thing that can happen is for the WWE drug testing to be looked into by the government and regulated by an outside agency. This way if there is out of control drug use it'll be stopped...and if there's not then the WWE can be vindicated. But the more these WWE wrestlers come out and lash out at the media & past wrestlers whether it's true or not just makes the WWE look more like they are trying to hide something.

to play devil's advocate, from Dave Meltzers report from yesterday: After writing the past week about how sad it is to see people more concerned with protecting the business, which keeps a deadly status quo, than offering suggestions on how things can improve, we get www.ken-kennedy.com This business divisiveness of people "choosing sides" as opposed to working for improvements is outright pathetic. Not surprising, but sad. When you read this, you'll realize that unless it comes from the outside, nothing will ever change. Every wrestler on top at 30 has this attitude, and when they are on the scrap heap at 45, they have a very different view (unless they have a child wanting a job, in which case they toe the line, as witnessing the complete 180 of Ted DiBiase three years ago and Ted DiBiase today). But I thought the column was very important to read. Some of you will like it if you subscribe to the viewpoint that it's us against them and above all, we have to save our industry no matter what the cost. Some will have a very different idea reading it.I agree about this as well. Something has to been done to protect the wrestlers so when there done with the business, they're healthy. Wrestling needs to be cleaned up and we all know Vince won't do anything about it, so, maybe it's time for some outside influence. The WWE turned down an offer by the California Athletic Commission for free drug testing, California has one of the strictest drug and physical testing programs in the US. Of course the WWE declined it, so, If I'm the California Athletic commission doesn't that make it seem like the WWE is hiding something? something needs to change because I"m getting tired of seeing all my fav wrestlers die too young.
