Dave Melzer is reporting that a plane carrying the Smackdown and ECW crew had a "gigantic scare" several hours ago when their plane almost collided with another plane in Europe.
After last night's show in Frankfurt, Germany, the SmackDown and ECW crew were on a Lufthansa flight headed to tonight's show in Zurich, Switzerland. As the plane was approaching the runway to land, another plane appeared out of nowhere right in their landing path. The pilot acted quickly and managed to get the flight back in the air at the very last moment.
The plane circled and landed safely, but everybody was shaken up from the incident. Several hours later, the crew was described as being "white as ghosts".
Man that would have been tragic, I am surprised it hasn't happened yet to be honest, as wrestlers do have to fly a whole lot.

They had that scare in Australia a few years ago that led to Nathan Jones quitting.

Wow, imagine how tragic this could have been. We could have lost many great wrestlers. Thank God they are all ok.

They had that scare in Australia a few years ago that led to Nathan Jones quitting. No. He just didn't like the amount of travel. Dave Melzer is reporting.. Sounds like a lie for that reason alone. Wow, imagine how tragic this could have been. We could have lost many great wrestlers. Thank God they are all ok. Crew, not cast. The guys who put up the stage, fix the lights, play the music, put up the ring, Etc. Losing them would be a massive loss to WWE. It is something that i hope never happens.

I was thinking about this yesterday. Thinking what if their plane crashed? It would be highly tragic, I couldn't see the WWE ever recovering from it.
By this, I mean what if the Superstar's plane crashed?

I still don't know if they meant wrestlers, or the ring crew. Either way, I am glad it didn't happen.

Well it could have gone plane wrong.
Gives a whole new meaning to taking a dive in the ratings.

Can't say I care TBH. It was only the crew and they didn't crash so I'm not bothered.
