Hey,
I attended the Bound For Glory Fan Fest today. This was my first time meeting any of the TNA roster & I must say that was GREAT
Samoa Joe – Joe wasn’t much of a talker but doesn’t bother me. Joe made sure I was having a good time. I got him to sign the BFG poster I bought & moved on.
Motor City Machine Guns – Alex Shelley of course kayfabed it. Signed the poster & that was it. Sabin thanked me for coming out & signed the poster. Side note: When we were waiting on Joe’s line they didn’t have anyone to sign for & Shelley was playing with the Sharpie by spinning it.
“Black Machismo” Jay Lethal & “The Guru” Sonjay Dutt – Lethal asked me if that was my mom & it was. He told her she was a good mom for bringing me this far (4 hours) & said she was like his mom. Dutt laughed at that part. They both signed my poster & told me to have fun.
Robert Roode & Ms.Brooks – Roode played the heel & just signed. Ms. Brooks was very nice making sure I was having a good time & we moved on.
Abyss- He didn’t talk (which makes sense) & signed my poster. I shook his hand & I must say... I wouldn’t want to meet him in a dark alley.
Rhino – He was supposed to be part of the 1st round but we never saw him. He might’ve been during the 2nd one but I didn’t see him.
James Mitchell – I heard he wasn’t friendly but he was to me. He made sure I was having a good time & signed the poster & Told me to have fun
Chris Harris – He was very, very, friendly. Talked for a little bit & signed the poster. Side Note: He’s a lefty like me ha-ha.
Don West & Mike Tenay – They was cutting up the whole time. I asked Don West about his next deal & he said I’ll just have to wait & see. I told Tenay to keep up the great work on commentary.
Black Reign – Asked me how I was doing & told me to have fun. Misty just looked at me while she sat on his shoulder.
Christian Cage – I got his autograph in the last 30 minutes of the 1st round of signings. He told me to go buy a Christian Cage shirt & put it on right now. I lifted up my Motor City Machine Gun shirt & showed him his shirt under it. Signed my poster & I wished him good luck for tomorrow.
L.A.X – Very nice (which I didn’t really expect)
Hector Gurrero – Now, he was with L.A.X but I felt he needed his own little spot on here. He was possibly the nicest person there. When he asked me if I was having a good time I said “yes sir” & he told my mom she was doing a great job of raising me with all my manners.
Lance Hoyt, Jimmy Rave, Christy Hemme – None of them was very talkative besides Hoyt.
Kazarian, Petey Williams, Shark Boy – Shark Boy was wearing his neck brace which was funny. I stepped to the side to take a picture of him & he did his pose. I took Kaz (arian)’s picture & after I got done he waved. All 3 were nice. Kazarian said he needed a case of beer.
James Storm/Jackie Moore – Storm was funny. They had the paper things they put the Poliard pictures in on the table. When I put the poster on the table I knocked them down a little bit. He asked me what I did & said he wasn’t going to sign it & laughed. They signed the poster & told me to have a great time.
Ron Killings & Pacman Jones – They signed the poster & that wasn’t about it. They wasn’t very friendly didn’t even as so much say “Hey, how’s it going?” or nothing.
Team 3D – They was cutting up with everyone. Devon had a massage while signing stuff (which he does at Powerblendz). They thanked me for coming out & told me if I wasn’t pulling for them to win tomorrow they were going to find out because they know people.
V.K.M & Roxxie – See Killings/Pacman. Also, someone get Kip James a bar of soap to wash out his mouth.
Jim Cornette & Matt Morgan – Matt was very quiet but like almost everyone asked me how it was going. Cornette asked who I was pulling for in the main event & I said Sting. They signed the poster & I moved on.
Eric Young & Gail Kim – They both was quiet but made sure I was having a good time & signed the poster. When I was in line Eric Young acted like a little kid when he saw his action figure it was funny.
Kurt Angle – I was surprised how nice he was. I heard he was an bunghole but was very poiliete made sure I was having a good time. I wished him good luck in his match with Sting & he said thanks. He signed my poster & we moved on.
SoCal Val – I got to her on the way out since no one was in her line. Very nice & asked me if this was my first time meeting her which it was & she gave me a high five. Signed my poster & told me thanks for coming out.
I didn’t meet Rhino (I’m not sure if he was there honestly), Raven & Havok, AJ Styles & Tomko, Triple X, Kevin Nash, and The Steiner Brothers (I’m not sure they were there either. I heard they weren’t). I didn’t meet most of them because there line was HUGE. AJ/Tomko was the only one in the first session I didn’t meet because there was no way their line would’ve wrapped up in 5 minutes since their line was mixed up with Joe’s short line. Raven/Havok/XXX/Nash line was huge & I knew there wasn’t enough time to meet all of them so we just went ahead & left because they weren’t “top priorities” of mine. The only person I’m disappointed I didn’t meet was AJ Styles & Sting (who wasn’t there) but there are always more events. I didn’t have any problems really. The only thing is the wait time between session one & two was about 15-20 minutes & the fact that you couldn’t get a picture with a wrestler with your own camera. It’s nothing major just my little pet peeve. Also, Dixie Carter is AMAZING. Since, L.A.X’s line wasn’t that long we decided to go over to where Dixie was standing. She signed my poster (personalized it at that). She made sure I was having a good time & all. My mom & her started talking about how much money she spends on TNA stuff & Dixie took me over to the merchandise table & let me pick out a DVD for free so my mom wouldn’t have to buy it. I picked up the Christian Cage DVD (which is a great DVD). This was a great thing to do & really glad I did it.
