This was posted on JR's blog:
"It saddens and greatly disappoints me that Jeff Hardy will be absent from the WWE for the next month or so. Nonetheless, I am happy that Jeff isn’t suffering from a serious injury as has plagued so many wrestlers recently. The WWE could have certainly utilized Jeff’s services during these challenging times and no one can dispute the fact that Jeff’s individual popularity wasn’t building toward an all time high if it wasn’t already there. Everyone is human and as the old saying goes “to err is human” but the timing of these unfortunate circumstances are extremely untimely. The “good news” if one chooses to look for some positive in this situation is that Jeff will be back in time, as I understand it, and he will have an opportunity to still make a big impact in the WWE and then move continuously in a positive direction in his career and finally live his dream of becoming the superstar he was meant to be."
So apparently he's suspended. Not fired. But apparently some people want to discuss it further.
Y'wanna talk about it? Fine. Here. Just please keep it civil.

So did he show up late? Was that the reason?

So did he show up late? Was that the reason? I think he no-showed RAW. That would warrant a suspension, at the very least.

Yeah suspension for 30 days for no showing, randy orton gets suspended for about a week for failing a drug test.
Favouritism, I think so.

Hmmm...
Have you ever noticed that, for as many times as JR has said "...and Jeff Hardy may have hurt himself!", he never does?
Jeff is one of the few people I can think of who's never, at least to my memory, missed time due to severe injury. Him and Jericho.

Jeff is one of the few people I can think of who's never, at least to my memory, missed time due to severe injury. Him and Jericho. Many people say that just because he botches some moves, he sucks. He has never botched a move and was hurt bad or hurt somebody else. He said that the most pain he ever enflicted was when he did the swanton off the ladder through the table outside the ring that the table just exploded. I think it was in a match with RVD. I'm very spurised that somebody who does all these crazy things in his career has never been hurt before while somebody who barely moves { Mark Henry} tears his kneecap or something.

I read somewhere that he was suspended because of his immaturity. I read it on a wrestling "news" website, so I guess we'll have to take it with a grain of salt.

You're kidding...Mark Henry tore his patella last July and missed 10 months.

Sadly, I don't think Cena has taken any time off for injury During one Rumble he ed his knee up pretty bad, so I think he did a while ago.

Sadly, I don't think Cena has taken any time off for injury During one Rumble he ed his knee up pretty bad, so I think he did a while ago. I don't recall him missing any time from that because it was revealed later that night that it wasn't nearly as bad as it looked... He has never taken large amounts of time off for an injury... he needs to go make a movie again though
