1...Tori (from D/X) ...one of the best female wrestlers WWE had...plus she was beautiful. When they brought her back as Raven's ninja (after her injury), unmasked her once & fired her...terrible, terrible waste.

Big Van Vader. The best monster heel, who had quality matches being able to perform several differet styles around the World, won World titles wherever he went & WWE turnedhim into a freaking job. If anyone was criminally underused in this promotition it's Vader yeah, vader was the scariest guy i've ever seen in a ring...plus he could cut exceptional promos, and put on 5 star matches. other than owen in late '97, vader gets my vote for biggest missed chance in WWF history.

Raven sucks, Goldberg sucks, Scott Steiner sucks, Val Venis sucks, Hardcore Holly sucks. So they are definetly out. Lol, for a second there, I thought you said Raven sucked.

1.Christian(man, I wish WWE could have kept him.We ALL saw the push just out of reach!)
2.Chyna(I loved my Chyna. World champ,no, but they could have made her a lot bigger than what she was)
3.Sabu(I dont like him but he has alot of talent!)
4.Ultimo Dragon(tsk tsk WWE)
5.Jazz(The bitch was black and came back! Then went again too quick!)
6.Kane(He was there! Then not. Then again..now not.ho hum)
7.Matt MMMorgan(ssspeaking of MMatt MMMorgan..what a dumb gimmick yyy'all!)
8.RVD(Yeah he kinda screwed himself on that one)
9.Booker T(like Kane, hes up one minute and down the next. Champ then chump)
10.Francine(Another good ECW wresler, I liked her alot. I could have seen her as the second Trish or Sable. They just didnt keep her lone enough)

Vader. Matt Hardy until about this year, and Sabu. I really think Sabu could have still been a draw.

1. John Cena - You know why I say it. Business wise, John Cena is great for WWE. But when your top face is hated by a large quantity of fans, it isn't good. Especially since they once loved him. He was once a great character, and he could have legitimately been the next Rock or Stone Cold. Now he's just the WWE's failed attempt at recreating said former stars.
2. Shelton Benjamin - Unbelievably talented, and was once over very well with the fans, but has since been given dumb storylines and angles that have doomed his career.
3. Rob Van Dam - The man should have been champ back in 2002. They finally gave him the title, but the buzz wasn't nearly as big as it would have been back when he was at the height of popularity
4. Chris Benoit - It may be dumb to bring his name up now, as it really does not matter, but he could have been much more than just a midcarder on SmackDown, and should have been World Champ more than once.
5. Kurt Angle - Obviously the WWE did great things with Kurt Angle, but they dropped the ball by making him no longer wanna work for them. Kurt Angle should have been a lifelong WWE employee.
6. Kane - Once a menacing, legitimate heel, he's been shifted around in so many bad angles, and never got the REAL title reign he deserved.
7. Christian - Like someone else said, could have been what Edge is now, if not bigger, because he had a better gimmick and better mic skills
8. Chris Jericho - Would be higher on the list, but he was a big star during the early stages of his WWE tenure.. but as they years went on they never did anything with him. they kept making him I.C. champ, when he could have been a strong world champ, heel or face. Plus his run as undisputed champ was a joke.
I can't think of anyone else..
