I think WrestleMania 25 will be his last. He'll make it through next year's WrestleMania still undefeated but will finally lose his unbeaten streak at WrestleMania 25 and then retire for good.
Odds on it will be either a casket match or a Hell in a Cell.

Have it be at like WM25 and make it a buried alive match. He buries his opponent, but somehow he breaks out and puts Taker in the whole.
This: 1)Give taker the win 17-0 2)kills off the character without making him defeated at WM

ive said this a few times on this forum site:
I read somewhere like 3 years ago that no matter what shape Mark was in, he would try to get to 20-0. now i think easiest for him would to win a buried alive match then get buried in a "secret" adjacent grave. kind of like above mentioned.

WM 25. He could finally lose his streak, giving the person who defeated him a MONSTER push.

Have him undefeated and then kill him off at the Survivor Series 20 years since his debut

Win teh qWHC so he remains undefeated.
He does his knee+tounge pose, and it all goes black.
When the lights come back on, the only thing left is the WHC.
And make it the REAL main event.

WrestleMania 2000.
No, not WrestleMania 16.
WrestleMania 2000, in the year 3984.

If they ever have him lose at Mania Ill be pissed. No one is deserving enough to take that away from him.

This may sound silly to some, but If he plays it right and gets no serious injuries, or gets fed up of wrestling, he could maybe have another good 5-10 years in him, so I wouldn't think about it yet, he currently seems in great shape, besides the injury
