I don't get how some of you defend Chris Benoit. So what! He entertained us, I was entertained but the fact is he killed two innocent people. Yes he wasn't "in his right mind". Who is when they kill for reasons other than self defense? Wrestling is not everything to me. My family means everything to me. You guys act like Benoit was a family member. If someone like Bret or Hogan, who I've watched longer than a lot of you have been alive, killed someone as much as it would hurt, I would wash away all the good they did. Hell OJ did a lot of good but no one is defending him after he got away with 2 murders. Chris Benoit to me was just a fictional character that I can forget. I lose respect for those that defend Benoit. Go thank your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles etc. They're the ones you should look up to and respect. Not some actor, musician, athlete. obviously you dont understand just how delicate the brain truly is. an example, when you take ecstacy, the receptors go through a bit of a sensory overload. if used repeatedly, eventually these receptors burn out, and sensation is forever adversely effected. chris benoit had numerous contusions on the brain in several areas. in many ways, it was not a whole brain. those areas in question housed a large portion of benoit's brain's information transmitters. this means that a good portion of the brains areas which made benoit benoit were truly ravaged. i am a psychologist (budding), but i cannot state with any degree of certainty exactly how benoits brain was affected by the neural deficits and i dont want to speculate. the bottom line is that benoit was acting entirely on an incomplete, malfunctioning brain. this, my friends, is why i can forgive benoit, because it was not the same benoit we all knew and loved. this was not chris benoit, the stand up guy, respected by all. this man was all fuc#ed up. i cannot say how exactly all of the neural deficits connected to cause benoit to do what he did, but most people will not understand that it was not the same chris benoit. i forgive him because it obviously was not chris benoit. you can say whatever you want about my logic, my credentials, whatever. but chances are you know less about this than i do, so i wouldnt react as many of you do, with haste and anger and petty name calling. just think about it.

I lose respect for those that defend Benoit. Go thank your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles etc. They're the ones you should look up to and respect. Not some actor, musician, athlete. OK, To start off, If you start a fight, you lose and look like a intellectually- disabled person when this gets locked. A mature argument is the way to go here. Anyway, First off, when someone dedicates their life to entertaining millions of people, people like me, then i respect them with every ounce of blood in my body! I will always respect that person. Chris Benoit is remarked as being a respectable, loving, caring man. Not a horrible, pushy, ass hole. Chris Benoit made a mistake. We all make mistakes. His was just on a larger scale than everyone else's. When you wrestle 22 years solid, going through the injuries Benoit went through, doing the things he did, then somethings gotta give. This isn't magical dream world fantasy land. Disney didn't write Benoit's life. This is real life and mistakes and injuries occur. Something had to give. When he eventually cracked, it was a bizarre process and it involved in him killing two people. Chris Benoit was destroyed after Eddie's death. Everyone knows that. Chris Benoit was also a religious man. When he placed bibles next to each deceased body, I assume he wanted each body to go to heaven, and when he killed himself, i assume he guessed he was destined for hell. Thats my opinion on the matter of the deaths. Now, i'm not a religious person, i;m yet to see any proof that a "god" exists, so as far as im concerned Benoit meant well and realised what he did and this was his way of making up for it. Now, as i was saying, when Benoit, or anyone, devotes their entire lives to entertaining me, i will respect them. I will always respect them. I did not know Chris Benoit personally. Therefore, what he does in his personal life is nothing to do with me, or anyone else on here. I respect him for what he did in the ring and what he contributed to the wrestling world. His death, as o described earlier, will only help the wrestling world in the long term. Also, i see you said: Well.. thats where we part ways my friend, because wrestling truly is everything to me. Now thats how I feel except I belive in God.

If WWE dont want anything to do with Chris Benoit, then why dont they delete EVERYTHING from WWE.com? I think they should still talk about him, even though he killed his family, wwe needs to look at all the stuff Chris Benoit has done. But then again, he killed his family. So, its kinda weird. But im sure WWE will do or say something in the future about Chris Benoit

They would have to acknowledge his existence first, but I would love to see every match from both Best of 7 Series against Booker T on DVD.
