I don't usually take part in these sort of threads, but I gave it a shot. Each brand gets five picks:

Raw
-Rey Mysterio: He's above Cruiserweight feuds and I don't believe there are too many people left for him to face on Smackdown. Plus, I've been wanting a Trips/Rey feud since last year's Royal Rumble match. I also like the sound of Rey/Cena and Rey/Lashley feuds.
-Matt Hardy: In an effort to get all the Tag Teams onto Raw (Sorry Major Brothers. Either give them singles pushes or release them. Doesn't matter to me.), Matt can join his brother Jeff.
-Deuce, Domino, and Cherry: Like I said, all Tag Teams on Raw. They count as one pick though.
-Elijah Burke: I like Elijah Burke. I don't get to watch ECW, and watching Smackdown currently is not high on my list of priorities. So he's getting pushed to Raw. I'd like to see him in matches against Carlito, Shelton, London, and Kendrick.
-The Miz: I think Miz could actually fit into some entertaining storylines on Raw. A Miz IC Title run wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. Give it a shot. If it sucks, release him.

Smackdown
-Shawn Michaels: Like Rey, HBK doesn't have much in the way of new competition on Raw. So move him on over to Smackdown. I'd love it if MVP interrupted an HBK promo on his first night on Smackdown, with MVP receiving Sweet Chin Music for his efforts.
-Umaga: Plenty of new superstars for him to destroy over on Smackdown.
-Kevin Thorn: You know Thorn/Kane and Thorn/'Taker feuds just sound cool. You know it.
-John Morrison: In my mind, Morrison can form a stable along with Edge and Kenny Dykstra. On this show, he can also feud with Batista, HBK, Flair, and 'Taker. All sound good to me.
-Matt Striker: Push this guy as a heel. Start off with the US Title and let him work his way up. I like Striker a lot and don't want to see him get released any time soon.

ECW
-Cody Rhodes: Rhodes isn't going to get any kind of decent push on Raw as it is with all the big names they've got. Let him shine on ECW, maybe give him a run with the belt eventually, and then draft him over to one of the other brands.
-Santino Marella: I like Santino, but I dunno. He just seems like he'd fit better in ECW.
-Val Venis: This guy needs another solid run, dammit! Move him away from Raw where there's already enough established names and move him to either ECW or Smackdown where he can start to be built up again. If they can turn JBL into a major player, they can do it for Val.
-Charlie Haas: "But Barrett, you said you wanted every Tag Team on Raw! Why are you splitting up the World's Greatest Tag Team?" Because their second run has been underwhelming, on the whole. I don't want to see Haas reduced to a jobber if the team splits up. We've seen Shelton perform fine on his own in the past, and I'm sure he can do it again. But like I said about others, move Haas to a show where he won't get lost in the shuffle.
-Super Crazy: I pretty much just needed a fifth pick for ECW. He'd fit right in and wouldn't be missed on Raw.


With my adjustments, I am much more interested in watching Smackdown and ECW. However, I don't know if I did anything to help Raw. I may have just made it an even bigger cluster.

To RAW: All the tag teams (unify tag team titles and tag titles stay on RAW only)


To SD: Umaga, Santino Marella, Kevin Thorn


To ECW: Super Crazy, Shelton Benjarmin, Rey Mysterio
