Jake the Snake's DDT.
Not only does your head hit the mat, you also smell moldy cheese under his armpit.

Well I would say "Straight to Hell" (Judas Maseis) but if it hs to be WWE, Kevin Thorn's "Original Sin" could do some damage.

Kayfabe-wise, Khali's claw thingy. Dude squeezing your head doesn't tickle, that's for sure.
I'll go out on a Limb and Say Green Bay Plunge, you get the awesomeness of jumping off the top rope, landing on your back, with the added bonus of roughly 260lbs ontop of you as you hit the ground.

Samoan Spike will take you down. Yeah, I did it to my friend and he said that his whole neck tingled. So I decided it wasn't a good idea to do it again.

Ass Punch! Well, you'd end up getting damaged if you tried it in real life....

I always thought the DDT, so simple really you grab someone & drop backwards on their head. Always surprised more guys never got injured from this

C4 not only looks the business, it would probably hurt a lot too. Though it probably hurts Burchill as much as it does his opponent.
Top Rope RKO is a damn fine move and it's a shame Orton doesn't do it more often otherwise I might be more of a fan. As it happens in my fed i invented a Finisher for a custom fed guy which involves running up the outer steps with the opponent in headlock (like a Dudley Dog but headlock from the back of the neck) and climbing the turnbuckle. When on top of the turnbuckle flip cutter into RKO onto the mat. Devastating and an instant match win. I'm not sure if it would work in real life.
I think Green Bay Plunge is a good move but would not be painful because WWE doesn't even try to create that impression these days.
