I don't know man, Although alot of people want it down here.
We used to get TNA back in like 2003 when the WWE wasn't on for a while, but It seems Foxtel is pro WWE at the moment, and I don't think they want to upset their Money makers ( Most people do get Foxtel for the Wrestling ) buy Broadcasting the Competition, although it would be awesome to see Impact come to Foxtel.
