The KOTR 1998 HIAC incident is one of the greatest moments in WWE history, however, it's not really the Undertaker's moment. He only initiated the throw. The fans weren't shocked at what he did, it was how Foley took it. That is one of Foley's defining moments. When 'Taker returned at 'Mania XX, that didn't really stand out at all. It was half-assed on WWE's behalf to hype up the return of the 'Deadman' and all they did was change his music... Real defining or stand out moments from his career - Giving Big Show a Chokeslam through the ring on Raw in 1999. Chokeslamming Triple H from the equipment tower at WrestleMania X-7. Hog tying Hulk Hogan to the back of his bike and driving him around the arena, that was just plain funny. His 2000 return, that was awesome. When he returned at the Survivor Series in 2005 and kicked ass. His HIAC match Randy Orton at Armageddon and the 'car explosion' segment weeks earlier. The Armageddon 2006 match against Mr. Kennedy, that is still one of my all time favourite Undertaker matches. Winning the Royal Rumble and then winning the World Championship at WrestleMania. The Undertaker is and always has been my favourite Superstar. I can't wait for him to return. I read the other day he has another 5 months out of action, which would take him up to October. I think it'll be another Survivor Series return, though. err..didn't Show chokeslam The Undertaker thru the ring, not vice versa?

When he returned at Judgment Day 2000 and beat up DX. I was also surprised to see him have a different gimmic at that time.

His late 2001 heel turn. Probably my favorite heel turn ever.

Without a doubt, the last ride he gives Triple H at the end of their match at WM 17.

My two favorite UT moments, happened on the same day in the same city but 12 years apart.
When UT defeated Hulk Hogan for the belt at Survivor Series (I was made a sign that had a tombstone that had Hulkamania Dies Tonight. My sign was too flimsy to hold on it's own so I glued it to the back of my friend's Hulk Rules sign. Well Hulk walked to the ring, grabbed my friend's sign and held it up high. Then he read the back and threw it away. We talked about that for years.
Then at Survivor Series 2005 in Detroit, I had the opportunity to be a druid for UT. We were all standing in the gorilla position waiting to go out and he turned to me with a smile and said, "Are you a professional druid?" I said, "Tonight I am" Then as he climbed into the casket and they were soaking the lid with some weird flammable jelly, the pyro guy turns to all the druids and says "Don't push on the lid whatever you do, cause if any air gets in there, he'll burn to death" I turned and looked at him and he looked scared as hell as they lowered the top on. I couldn't help but laugh thinking our ugly mugs could be the last thing this guy ever sees and his life in in our hands.

His entire feud with Kane... probably my favorite feud, and cemented Taker's status as my all time favorite wrestler.
Others: The Ministry, throwing Mick off the cage, his return as the ABA, his title win at WM23, Brothers of Destruction, first hell in the cell, buried alive w/ Steve Austin, defeating Hogan, etc... so many memories from a true legend.

First one that popped into my head was almost being stabbed by Berzerker. Scared the crapout of me at that time.

pretty much anything during his ministry time, that was such an awesome time for the undertaker. he did some freaky **** and as a young kid some of it scared me like the austin crucifying that everyone has mentioned and the kidnapping of stephanie. undertaker is without a doubt one of the best ever.
i also remember the undertakers symbol was lit on fire on the mcmahons front lawn, for some reason that scared the crapout of me.

I remember Wrestlemania 15, after the Undertaker beat the Big Bossman in a Hell in the Cell Match; Edge, Christian and Gangrel came down from the ceiling and together the four of them hung the Bossman high above the ring with that noose.
As an eight year old kid, I honestly believed they killed the Bossman. I couldn't believe it, and this was at the time the Undertaker was hanging people from his crucifixes and such, so it was pretty believable.

So... awesome. Oh, and when he pulled Diesel down under the ring at IYH6 during Diesel's cage match with Bret Hart.

This one where in all his tributes, he flys over the top rope nailing Bearer and Kane in the inferno match.

Wrestlemania 13, on one knee, holding the title belt up to the Creatures of the Night. I was lucky enough to be there with my Dad so it always holds a special place in my heart.
