Kane was so much stronger and muscular back then.

I don't think anyone can beat Kane and Jericho's debuts; both were incredible then and still awesome to look back on now.

I remember the Edge premiere so well, not specifically Triple H.
It's funny some of the top guys just walked in the company and you wouldn't have thought that someday they might be on top.

lol, Jose Estrada, I love that name, but anyways Jericho had the best debut of all cause everyone seemed pysched for him to come to the WWE and to start off with a promo with the Rock was just greatness. Cena, although, looked like he had a stick up his ass when he came to the ring...good match though

damn that John Cena one...whoda thunk he'd be where he is right now. he looked like some random jobber, i guess this shows anybody can be at the top of the WWE if you are at the right place and the right time.

Kane's is one of the best ever as far as I'm concerned. I remember as a kid being so afraid of him lol. Seeing someone just overpower the cage door and the Undertaker was shocking to me. As dumb as it sounds, I actually miss feeling that way. Thats when you know you got something there.

The only exciting thing about Tazz, top me, was the Tron interruption. Then when he made his debut (though it was Taker), all interest subsided.

I remember not knowing what to think of Kane when he first appeared. I wasn't quite sure what to think of the outfit....I knew it was Glen Jacobs and I was hoping that this time his gimmick would succeed, but after seeing the outfit on the first night.....I was a little skeptical.
But then after watching him come out on RAW for the next couple months and dominating Mankind, Hawk, Ahmed Johnson, Vader & a host of others, I became a fan for life.
Kane is/was one of a kind. He deserves a decent run with the belt. But the unshelfish guy that he is, will always step aside and help build the younger talent.

That was a wicked looking spinebuster by Batista...
I used to HATE Rocky Maivia. His hair bothered me more than anything else.

In my opinion, Y2J's debut still stands as the best. The way he debuted was so electrifying and so unexpected that he got such a big reaction from the crowd and no one even knew who the hell he was. Also from the moment he came out, you knew that he was going to be a superstar and you could tell just by the way he interrupted the Rock and how he cut his promo. This is arguably the greatest debut of all time. Kane's is pretty good to, but it was nowhere close to Y2J.
