unforgiven 2001. it was the Night of Champions before there was a night of champions every match but one was for a title, and it had awesome matches in general. that and Survivor Series 2002. Vengance sunday could possibly be added to this list as well, if history repeats itself on unforgiven 01

Wrestlemania 17, Wrestlemania 21 & Royal Rumble 2001 are PPV's that are constantly getting replayed in my DVD player.....however....if I had to pick the best....
ECW One Night Stand - That night will never be duplicated......Just ask Vladimir....he looked like he was enjoying himself in my sig which was taken from ONS.

Personal favorite: Unforgiven 2001 because I was there (We got to see Kurt Angle win the belt in his own hometown. Although I believe he wouldn't have won had this not been the first PPV after 9/11)
Out of the ones I watched on PPV would be WM X-Seven and ONS '05

There have been a lot: WM 17-very well balancd card. A lot of "dream matches" WM 18-A lot of Dream Matches, very good build WM 19- Good build, good card, actual wrestling was great WM 21- Best build of any WM i've seen, had a lot of WM Classic moments. WM 23- good build, good show
Vengeance 2005-great wrestling, great card, solid build Summerslam 2001- The Rock at his absolute best...what could be better Summerslam 2005- Phenominal build for each match, so-so wrestling. Bakc when people still liked Batista, Cena, and Hogan.

One Night Stand II, It was such a big fight atmosphere for me and my friends. It reminded me of when I was a kid and I did not know wrestling was fake, it was nice.

Vengeance 2003. Great wrestling, great stories, great everything. Are you sure you mean 2003 and not 2002? I don't think I've ever heard somebody praise Vengeance 03 for being the best ever..

Survivor Series 02 was the best PPV and soo far nuthing has been able to do better. The opening tables match was awesome ending with an awesome debut of the chamber.

The original ECW One Night Stand in 2005 had to be the best PPV that I've ever seen. It was a great show from beginning to end, every match was exciting and amazing, and it had tons of great moments. So I say that ECW is the best and has been way better than tons of other PPVs.

Easily Wrestlemania X-Seven.
Incredibly built, near perfect result. We will never see an event like it again.

I was actually at MSG for Survivor Series 2002. It was just an AMAZING night to be a fan. I'll never forget it.
Another partial favorite of mine has to be SummerSlam '97. I was only 10 and it was my first PPV. There was a HUGE party/concert outside the Meadowlands before the show which really got you amped up. The show itself was filled with many lasting memories:
- Foley diving off the cage onto HHH - Steve Austin breaking his neck via Owen's tombstone piledriver - Bret Hart's 5th (and final) WWF title victory.
Great memories from both shows.
