His profile has just been added to WWE Alumni, which I know means nothing, but could this be a sign that he may indeed return to WWE? You can view his profile by clicking the following link: www.wwe.com/superstars/wwealumni/sid/Feel free to voice your opinion on the possibility of seeing Sycho Sid back in the WWE. Also, if he was to return, who would you like to see him fued with? What show would you like to see him on? Maybe you don't want him to come back at all? Or perhaps you don't think a return is very likely? |

As much as I love Sid, I still think his days in the ring are over. He's like what, 48? I mean, I understand there are a couple of 'older' guys on the roster currently, but those guys can still wrestle at least. Sid wasn't exactly that great when it came to wrestling ability, and if he couldn't put on a decent match eights years ago, I don't even want to think about now.
However, if he came back with his badass theme from 95' I'm all for it. <3

I don't really see anything for Sid to do unless Benoit wins the ECW title and they bring him back just to put Benoit over him. that was my first thought after reading the topic, i can only see sid facing benoit. but if the undertaker wasnt hurt i can see that match happening and also a match vs batista could be interesting. |

The WWE Alumni section means nothing, in regards to anyone returning. But Sid has said that he is looking to return to the ring. I've read some reports of an indy show he did a couple weeks back and everyone that saw it said that it was a pretty good match. I don't know what Sid could do in the WWE really, but as a fan of his when I was a kid I would love to see him back. If anything, I'd like to see him come back for one more run just to get that big payday that he probably needs.
I heard that JR said that there was no interest in bringing Sid back in his latest blog. I haven't read it yet, that's just what I was told.

My friend went to a wrestling reunion type thing about a month ago, and Sid was there. According to my friend who spoke to Sid, he says that Sid wants to make a comeback.

Lets not forget a very important fact, disregarding Sid's impressive look & charisma he is just terrible in the ring, end of.
However he used his look to get to several World titles in both WWE & WCW so fair play to him & I'm sure his look could get him another run in WWE. Let's face facts with guys like Baista, Lashley & Cena it's still the look rather than ability & Sid certainly has the look & size that Vince has always loved
