Other: Management is their worst problem. They could have all the talent in the world but if somebody behind-the-scenes is being selfish it's going to drop everything down a notch or two... or twenty

Lack of decent writers. They have talent, no doubt about it. They are pushing all the right people sans The Great Khali. They have a decent amount of Wrestling and that isn't the main focus for them anymore but rather it's the Entertainment. And they are not short of creativity hence Vince blowing himself up and Vince's illegitimate child...

Good writers. They have talent and everything else. Writers just like playing darts when it comes to storylines

Wrestling...Back in 2005 I remember watching a RAW that only had 2 or 3 matches. And in 2006 when they had RAW here, I could count how many matches there were on one of my hands. (5 or less)

they need an undercard than means something. Let 2 midcard workers who can bring it go out there and wrestle a solid 15 minute match with a clean finish and let them make themselves and get the crowd to appreciate them bassed on their wrestling ability instead of allways relying on a gimmick or storyline to get them over.

Creativity. But more/better gimmicks are whats really needed to even allow them to be creative again.

Creativity and wrestling. They have talent but they don't know how to use it.
