Alchohol, drugs, all of that - it affects you in a negative way and is best avoided. (At least the drugs).
Sex is a God-given natural part of human life. There is nothing wrong with it.

Are you close personal friends with him? Most people that follow the straight edge lifestyle abstain from promiscuity, the act of having sexual relations with multiple people on a regular basis. I know nothing of "hardcore" sex being aginst the rule, then again I don't know much about the exact "rules", so anyone that could clear that up for me would be awesome. |

pepsi has caffeine, which is a stimulant, which affects you very much so. he's not 'drug free', and people can say what they'd like about caffeine not being a drug but it's just like 50% of the stimulating herbs out there.

Straight Edge and Hardlining have been around for a VERY long time, and people have been corrected on this board for a long time too. All of the info is out there on the web and in the music, there is no excuse for people to be such idiots about what they are talking about. |
