Is it really more fun in person, Or watching on tv? Cause watching on Tv means you hear commentary which adds to the matches. So, Is it more fun to see on person?

There are not many things like a live wrestling event IMO, take a buddy with you and do commentary yourselves and have a blast. I have always had fun at every show I have went to.

Yeah I like going to the shows a million times better than watching it on TV... It is just so much fun because the crowd is so much more into it than it seems on TV... Commentary sometimes ruins the show for me anyways...

What comes across as crappy on TV...is often actually entertaining in person.

If you get a crowd that is really into the show it makes it a thousand times better.

I have always wanted to be behind JR and King, since I would get commentary and crowd reactions ;D

Not having commentary is not that big of a deal. Being at a live event is great and really there is nothing like it. The pyro is insane live and the music is very loud.

Depends, especially if you like commentary and what not. Sometimes its more fun watching, other times not so much. Personally, I've enjoyed House Shows more than tv tapings. Then again, that was in the good ol days when it was special, I havent been to a show since 2004, I went to at the last minute which I couldn’t wait until it was over and that was probably the last show I'll ever go to. I can see my wrestling days are fading fast if not gone already much like the WWF. 1996 had a fantastic house show I went too, my fav, was so awesome. Those were the days....!

Awesome experience if you go live.
The crowd, atmosphere, everything is so much better than sitting at home and watching a show or ppv event; it's even better if you go with friends and have a good time.

I went to my first live event back in February of this year, and I found it phenomenal, definitely better than TV. When Undertaker's "Gong" went off, the whole place erupted, which was great. That proves that not every show needs pyro, or smoke, or whatever. Just a good crowd, who is very into the event, like Rant Casey pointed out above. And actually, at this show, one guy that me and my brother were beside was definitely very into the show. He just kept randomly yelling stuff, like:
"CHAVITO, WHERE'S PEPE!?" "HEY BATISTA, DO YOU EVEN KNOW THE DEFINITION OF SUBMISSION HOLD!!??" "PEGASUS KID! WHERE'S THE MASK?"

It really depends on the show. What I mean is..
My first show was very fun & awesome more because it was my first show & got to see Van Dam during his title run (a few weeks before he lost it). The DX skit was the best one I saw really & seeing all the trucks, the big stage set up, the ring, & seeing superstars arrive above them before being rushed away was amazing
My ECW House show (2nd show ever) was awesome since I was front row & got a few people chanting "ROH" at Punk & he smiled at us. It was one of my best experinces ever really.
My RAW House Show (3rd show ever) was decent at best. Best part was Carlito pointing & saying "That's Cool" at my sign for him & then Cena nodding at my Cena sign. Then of course seeing Jerry Lawler wrestle. Oh, can't forget the crowd vs Cade/Murdoch battle. Not the greatest card but the whole Cade/Murdoch thing made it worth the trip.
My last show was a Smackdown/ECW House Show & honestly.. it sucked with the expection of a 2-3 moments. MVP/Finlay, Hornswoggle & Booing the living hell out of Batista. Nothing special though.
Are they fun in person? Yes. Do I suggest going to one? Yes, if you have the money & you're not going out your way & you like the product. Would I ever travel like I did for my first 2 shows to see a WWE show? No, not at all.

They're cool to attend if you'v enever been to any. For me personally, I've had a hard time becoming excited about WWE's current product so the last few shows I attended were medicore at best.
I want to attend a few PPVs live in my life time. However my live event attendance will be few and far between as I prefer watching stuff on TV or older WWF/E stuff and non-WWE wrestling.
