When you say Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Jericho in a ladder match for a title, Intercontinental title honestly comes to mind and seems like it fits. World title? Hell no.

there are worse candidates than hardy - how can we forget khali's reign? i remember some people complaining about hardy being in the main even in the first place. angle/henry at the rumble '06 anyone? so, although i doubt it'll happen, as much as i'd like it to, i'm all for hardy winning the title - for a few months at least.

Jeff could be a great champion, but he is one I never want to see.

I would DIE for Jeff to become WWE champion, but I just don't want it to happen here. I would like him to win it through a feud with more build-up, where his victory would be much sweeter. Doing it later would also give him a chance to improve a LOT more.

and edge does?if edge can win BOTH the world heavyweight belt, and the WWE title, so can jeff.Jeff's been here longer, risk himself more, and battled his own deamons to make a return to WWE. Whats edge done? hes risked his body, sure but not more than hardy. and winning the KOTR is no longer something to be proud of after 2006. plus, he slept with Jeff's brother's girlfriend and stole all three title victories. Id in love to see jeff win. He might not deserve it in some peoples eyes, but he does to me. because he sure as hell deserves it more than that garbage edge. 1. Yes, Edge does. 2. No, Jeff can't win both if Edge can. 3. Edge (1998-present. Almost 10 years) has actually been in WWE longer than Jeff (1998-2003, 2006-present. Almost 8 Years). 4. Edge is a 4-time World Champion. I'd like to see Jeff win the title someday when there is nobody left to win it, but for now, leave it on Orton.

That would be awesome. Im sick of Randy Orton. TBH he is boring on the mic and in the ring. But Jeff Hardy does something new every week.

This is what I want to see, yet it probably won't happen:
Orton retains the belt, Triple H wins the Ruble. Trple H vs Orton for the title at WM, Ric Flair gets involved somehow and it's made into a triple threat. Ric Flair wins the belt, retires as champion.
A tournament is held for the title after WM.

I'd rather that than keep the belt on Blandy Randy and have a possible HHH/Orton 'Mania match. I couldn't get into that match up and I hope that doesn't happen.

in 10 years, a world title has changed hands twice at the Rumble. In 2006 with Cena winning his belt back weeks after losing it, and in 97 HBK beat Psycho Sid, I doubt the Rumble will forecast a new champion, but I wouldn't complain. I don't know if Orton is gonna win, I just feel that he's not gonna lose to Jeff here and now. And You Forgot the Insane I Quit Match At 99's Rumble - Where The Rock taped a pre-recorded Mick Foley Saying The Words "I Quit" To Become The New WWF Champion In The Infamous I Quit Match.

No, I never want to see Jeff Hardy with the WWE Title, ever. QFT. I can't help but laugh when I look at the guy, how am I suppose to take him seriously as WWE Champion.

I would honestly love to see Jeff Hardy as champion. He was one of my favorite wrestlers growing up, and to see him as champion would be really amazing. He did have a bad falling out, but I really believe he has changed. I haven't heard anything about him being late, or messing up since his return. His is very charismatic and the fans really take to him. His in-ring work has improved, and he dropped alot of the risks he use to take as a younger competitor. I would really like him to win the title at the rumble, but I just don't see it happening there. I would prefer him to feud with Edge for awhile and finally beat him for the championship.

No, I'd like to see him win the Elimination Chamber at NWO and win the title at WrestleMania.

I'm sorry, I have nothing against Jeff Hardy, but the guy doesn't have the charisma to be a champion. That is, of course, if he might turn heel. Maybe there's a side to Hardy we haven't seen yet. Before Edge and Christian turned heel, who the hell knew that they would be so good on the mic? and edge does? if edge can win BOTH the world heavyweight belt, and the WWE title, so can jeff. Jeff's been here longer, risk himself more, and battled his own deamons to make a return to WWE.Whats edge done? hes risked his body, sure but not more than hardy. and winning the KOTR is no longer something to be proud of after 2006. plus, he slept with Jeff's brother's girlfriend and stole all three title victories.Id in love to see jeff win. He might not deserve it in some peoples eyes, but he does to me. because he sure as hell deserves it more than that garbage edge. Everything in bold, are your reasons for why Edge shouldn't be champ. All of which are irrelevant as to why someone deserves to be a champion.

Ok, tell me one thing, how does kayfabe cheap wins, and how something outside of wrestling has to do with how many times somebody wins the belt? I didn't know that having an affair with somebody else's GF made you not worthy of being a champion. Tell me how when you look at Jeff Hardy you don't see midcard written all over him? The man never has a match worth writing home about unless it's a ladder match, he has no mic skills whatsoever, and all his troubles in the past just keep me from taking him seriously.
