Over the years I have amassed a huge collection of signed 8x10 photos/promos (probably round 1000 or so) but around 2000 I lost many in a fire at the storage place where I was storing a lot of my items. Since around 2003 I started collecting them again but a flatmate stole some but this is my current collection that I have at the moment. This doesn't include some promos that I have for sale as I want different promos of that particular person. s40.photobucket.com/albums/e217/billthomson/Promos/?start=all

Man, very nice collection you got goin' there. Thanks for sharing your pics. Thank you, I like your collection that I saw as well. I am gutted that I had lost some of my original stuff like Jake Roberts, Hogan and Warrior etc! Some from contacts, some from guys who have held signings and some from when I have got the promos blank and met the guys myself.

what is you Fav promo out of your collection?? Before my collection got burnt I had an awesome signed promo of LOD but it was black and white, currently I probably like the Eddie promo or Kennedy promos as I really like that colour. Saying that though buddy, all of my promos mean a lot to me.

So how much were the frames? I've got a lot of signed promos, but their all in plastic coverings in a binder and I've been wanting to stop that haha.

I have about 15 signed WWE Diva's promo's with COA's, but you have a sweet range.
How much did the insurance pay out for the 1000 promo's burnt in the fire dude?

So how much were the frames? I've got a lot of signed promos, but their all in plastic coverings in a binder and I've been wanting to stop that haha. I got the frames for £3.00 a piece in a local shop in the UK. great collection there you should put them in frames and display them.. I have done that with a few as seen in the pictures I have about 15 signed WWE Diva's promo's with COA's, but you have a sweet range. How much did the insurance pay out for the 1000 promo's burnt in the fire dude? well it was close on £10,000, I think it was around £9,890 or something near that range which I invested in an ice-cream business eventually and I have a life insurance policy paid for to cover funeral expenses when I die. I did end up spending a lot as well, I have around a few thousand left. Back on topic though, it is going to be tough to find people willing to part with some of what I lost or even track down certain ones unsigned to try and get signed again.

I remember when you helped me get one, I thank you!
My friend, I'd treasure that forever on, I have mine in a ring binder for now.

Over a 1000 at one point? Tell me you didn't have an Eddie Gilbert promo. I've been looking for one forever, but I'd imagine its practically priceless. Anyway, you have a great collection there. Too bad it isn't the 1000 you had.

Very cool collection. If you don't mind me asking--How did you get all of those signed (shows, through the mail, etc)??
