Considering his contract runs for another 9 months past march of 2008, but he has an out clause that he could use in March, I'd say it won't be for a while.
I've always maintained that he was unhappy, and that is true because of the politics down at TNA. He's not going to be getting the title for a while, if ever. He was promised the belt in March of 2007, but that was taken away because of an innocent comment that was meant to be funny(and it was).
The only thing that will be dependent on Joe leaving is the sales of the tickets for his NOAH dates later this month. If they do well, and so far they aren't, NOAH's offer will stay standing for Joe when he can leave TNA. If they continue to not do well, NOAH will re-examine their offer, leaving Joe to contenplate between sticking with TNA or going back to ROH and NOAH.

It's not what you know, it's who you know. I'm glad you have the inate ability to judge what will and won't happen based on a user name. Nobody said anybody was leaving anywhere, but Shelley did negotiate with ROH before having his contract option extended by TNA, not by him. I am JSWO, for the last time. I post at the ROH board, and at the CZW board. Nowhere else. I know a certain Dr. McCoy(JAPW's famous Cannon) thinks everyone everywhere is JSWO, even on his own message board. Some of you kids need to find someone else to occupy your time with, especially the losers at the JAPW board who think everyone with a dissenting opine is me.

I'd like to thank Jeff for letting me know of this confusion, I am not JSWO but I do have a few friends working for ROH on the wrestling side of things because I've worked with them out in the midwest on shows, that I made through helping out my local indy. I am an ROH fan, and an IWA MS fan. Both companies got me into indy wrestling. Now seeing as how JSWO(Jeff) has all this heat from some of you for whatever reason, I just wanted to make sure you knew there was a difference between the two of us.
Jeff said this dr. mccoy fellow happens to work for JAPW is known as Cannon. I post at the JAPW board as YCSI(which stands for You Can't Stop It). I saw where you accused me of being Jeff. I'd like you to start focussing on helping Jersey All Pro succeed and not worrying about people like Jeff or me. Eventually you and the rest of JAPW will stop worrying about ROH ruling the indy scene and then go back to focussing on what made JAPW a once great promotion.
I can only hope this clears up any confusion, and things can go back to being on topic. Thanks.

You act like your some kind of "insider" yet all you know is a couple people in the wrestling business. But guess what pal, you're not the only one. What's to say this guy doesn't know Harley Race ? Exactly. Nothing. You're just starting crap cause you like to act big on a wrestling forum. I'm pretty sure a twelve year old kid with such poor grammar skills wouldn't be hanging around Harley Race or Randy Orton as he continuously claims. Enough is finally enough. After petitioning mods and admins for the last two weeks after I found out people were imitating me here these two goofs were finally deleted and banned.
Long story short, I've not posted here since the spam guys left. A friend here let me know of this post and it finally convinced the people in charge to delete these two, who I assume in all reality is one person. I have no idea who it is, but now that they're gone the real JSWO is finally back.
It's nice to see Cannon is still around, and I hope you got my e-mail today. In reality it is you who helped put an end to the imitation bull shit. This would be the second time in as many months someone here has finally been deleted for parading around to be me.
I might be posting more often, depending on work, school, and whether or not I'm on the road.
Now as much as I love the talk about me, let's get back on topic.
