Why RVD? He has no interest in wrestling right now. Well, that could all change come WrestleMania. If they add RVD as a surprise, it would certainly mix it up a bit more, that's for sure. I mean, you are adding a guy who has already won a M.I.T.B. match. I know Kennedy won last year's match, but nothing ever came of it. Where-as RVD won the match and then went on to win the WWE championship. It was a waste having Kennedy win it last year because he lost it to Edge in about a minute in their match on Raw. It's just too bad he got injured when he did or else plans might have changed. Adding RVD to the M.I.T.B. match would be a good thing and he would make it much more exciting. Not saying it isn't exciting as it stands right now because it most certainly is, but you can't go wrong with RVD in a ladder match. I mean, could you imagine a Van-Terminator off the top of a ladder?? That would seriously be a WrestleMania moment for sure. That would be nice, but it's not going to happen. RVD isn't showing up at Mania to be in MITB. They have enough people on the roster right now they could add to it. |

Well, as far as I know, RVD is still there. He's just not being used. He did have that short, squash match against Santino a while back, but hasn't been there since.
Sure, they've got more than enough people on their roster right now, but are they as good as RVD?? It's debatable, that's all I'm saying.
I mean, if I had to choose between RVD and say Kane. I'd pick RVD for sure. Kane is slow and sluggish, not to mention his character has been dead for years.
Or if I had to pick between RVD and The Miz. Hands down, RVD there. I can't believe someone actually suggested The Miz. He'd be the biggest waste of that spot in that match, ever.
I think RVD will be in that match as a surprise. I could see someone qualifying and then getting taken out of the match, leaving an open spot for a surprise. And that surprise would be RVD. I know I'd be happy.

im glad carlito made it to wrestlemania this year. he deserves so much better than he has recieved in the past. i respect him more for opening his mouth last year, he was right.
