As long as he doesn't win, it doesn't bother me - but he's not at all suited to a ladder match..

As long as he doesn't win, it doesn't bother me - but he's not at all suited to a ladder match.. And honestly, what makes you think that? A ladder match isn't focused around jumping off of it, or taking big bumps off of it. Look at Jericho vs. Benoit for the Intercontinenal Championship. Awesome ladder match. This year's Money in the Bank is going to be the best yet. As long as they keep Khali and Mark Henry out of it and put Punk and Chavo in. CM Punk, Chavo Guerrero, Jeff Hardy, MVP, Mr. Kennedy, Shelton Benjamin, Chris Jericho and Carlito... that would make an amazing Money in the Bank match. Hardy, Benjamin and Carlito to do you're crazy spots and Punk, Guerrero, MVP, Kennedy and Jericho to put on an awesome Ladder Match. - Triple S

If WWE has already ruined Matt vs MVP then lets hope they atleast get Chavo vs Punk right by having the title match at Wrestlemania and not having the two of them pointlessly losing to J.Hardy.

I actually think Matt Hardy will challenge MVP to come out of of the Money in the Bank match to have the United States title match, I could be wrong, but I don't know why they would waste such a good match that had a great build up Possibly because Matt won't be back before WrestleMania...? Not saying that he won't, but they shouldn't have him at WrestleMania this year. It's less than 3 weeks away and MVP is already in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Keep Hardy off of WWE television until after WrestleMania. Have MVP win MITB and gloat on SmackDown! how he is not only Money in the Bank, but also United States Champion... he then makes a challenge. Hardy accepts and lays out MVP. Long makes Hardy vs. MVP at Backlash for the strap. MVP wins the match when he hits the boot in the corner and Hardy get his foot on the rope before the 3, but the referee never sees it. Hardy demands a rematch and Long agrees, under one condition. This is Hardy's last shot, if he loses... he can't challenge MVP for the title again. ... obviously Hardy wins the strap at Judgment Day against MVP in what I think should be a Best 2 out of 3 Falls match. Hardy goes on to fued with someone for RAW/ECW in the 2008 WWE Draft. While MVP begins his "Money in the Bank" main event push. Any thoughts? - Triple S That's a really good idea, but I'd still like to see the one-on-one match, 3 weeks on top of the HUGE build up they had last year is enough for me to want to watch it

I attended the WWE show in Madison that day... so I missed the Oshkosh one. My friend went and said that MVP/Noble was actually a good match... but Matt Hardy was terrible. He and Thorn botched the entire match. I don't expect him to return to TV any time soon unless it is for the MITB.

Ok, I wanted to see Hardy vs. MVP at WrestleMania for the strap just as much as everyone else. But thats NOT HAPPENING, for whatever reason. Maybe WWE don't feel Hardy is going to be ready for a Ladder Match so soon. Maybe they feel WrestleMania is big enough as of right now and doesn't need Matt Hardy vs. MVP, when they can save it to increase buyrates for another pay-per-view. Nobody knows, simple as that. Adam3s - V1So, you rather see CM Punk vs. Chavo Guerrero for the 9th time in 3 months, rather than a break between where we could see Chavo and Punk take each other out, leading to an Extreme Rules match on ECW? This is what I think Backlash 2008 should look something like:
- Triple H ( c ) vs. ECW/SmackDown! superstar drafted to RAW - Edge ( c ) vs. CM Punk **Punk loses Money in the Bank, due to Chavo knocking him off the ladder. Chavo defeats Punk in an Extreme Rules match for the ECW Championship on ECW that Tuesday after WrestleMania.** - Chavo Guerrero ( c ) vs. RAW/SmackDown! superstar drafted to ECW - MVP ( c ) vs. Matt Hardy **MVP wins Money in the Bank and Hardy returns the Friday after WrestleMania.** - Triple S

Just to follow up on Triple S's Backlash prediction..
EGAME'S BACKLASH CARD PREDICTION
WWE Championship Triple H (c) vs. John Cena
World Heavyweight Championship The Undertaker (c) vs. Edge
Money in the Bank on the Line Jeff Hardy vs. Mr. Kennedy
United States Championship Montel Vontavious Porter (c) vs. Matt Hardy
ECW Championship, Triple Threat Chavo Guerrero (c) vs. CM Punk vs. Shelton Benjamin
Card not finished, and the Triple Threat for the ECW title is more or less wishful thinking, but I think all the other matches have a good chance of happening.
Now, we better get back on topic before Shocker spanks us.
