Undertaker, he actually wins at Wrestlemania. That being said Shawn never dissapoints in a big match situation. Well he did against Cena, but that Cena's fault in my opinion. But yes, because of Taker's legacy and streak, I say him.

OTHER: Bret Hart
Proof:
WM 3: SIX-MAN TAG: Hart Foundation & Danny Davis w/Jimmy Hart defeated Tito Santana & The British Bulldogs WM 8: INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Bret Hart defeated Roddy Piper to win the title! WM 10: "The Rocket" Owen Hart defeated Bret "Hitman" Hart.. WM 11: I QUIT MATCH: Bret Hart defeated Bob Backlund.. WM 12: IRON MATCH MATCH: Shawn Michaels defeated Bret Hart in OVER-TIME to capture the WWF title WM 13: SUBMISSION MATCH: Bret "Hitman" Hart defeated "Stone Cold" Steve Austin
All good, decent or great matches. He's only had really 2-3 that were passable. One of which was a battle royal. The other two I can think of were lame teams.

wow, that is a good question. Right away I voted for Shawn Michaels, but then got thinking about Takers matches.
i don't ever remember being disappointed in a Shawn Michaels Wrestlemania match, but Undertakers win streak kind of gives him instant credibility.
The main difference I find is who each of them have had for opponents. Undertaker, because of his size, used to get matches against all the heels, who for the most part were against Undertaker because they too were big men.
Entertainment value, i will have to stick with Michaels. Storyline wise, Undertakers streak is amazing and will most likely never be matched.

Out of those two, Shawn Michaels. Undertaker is my favorite wrestler of all time, but he's not the showstopper. Undertaker is more like the backbone of WrestleMania. He's always been there to hold it together. Shawn has been the poster boy more often though.
But, love him or hate him, Hulk Hogan is the real Mr. WrestleMania.

I agree with vandutch. It really depends. But for sake of the post I'll say Michaels

Michaels' matches seem to stick out more, but Undertaker has to be Mr. Wrestlemania really.

Gotta go with HBK. Taker is the backbone of WM and has had some great matches, but also a lot of kind of forgettable matches where I think all of HBK's are very remembered. HBK!

I voted for HBK.
Hulk Hogan is the Originator of WrestleMania The Undertaker is the Dominator of WrestleMania ('til XXIV, when he loses to Edge)
But Shawn Michaels is Mr. WrestleMania.
As has already been stated, Shawn Michaels never fails to disappoint at WrestleMania. His worst match at WrestleMania was against John Cena, and even that was better than the majority of the card that night. Jim Ross said it best when he said "No one has ever out-performed Shawn Michaels on a big match stage". Sure, the Undertaker is 15-0 now, but how many of those matches really stick out as classics? Maybe...3?

Sure Undertaker wins at every Wrestlemania but how many of the 15 matches have been SHOWSTOPPERS?
I can say the ones which were pretty good are:
vs Sid (WM 13) vs Kane (WM 14) vs Flair (WM 18) vs Triple H (WM 17) vs Orton (WM 21) vs Batista (WM 23)
Even that's stretching it a tad. Shawn Michaels on the other hand:
vs Twin Towers (Big Bossman and Akeem, WM6(?) vs Razor Ramon (WM10) vs Diesel (WM11) vs Bret Hart (WM12) vs Steve Austin (WM14) vs Jericho (WM19) vs Triple H vs Chris Ben**t (WM20) vs Kurt Angle (WM21) vs Vince McMahon (WM22) vs John Cena (WM23)
NOBODY can tell me Undertaker's WM matches can match those listed for HBK. He is Mistaaaa Wrestlemaaaaniaaa! With all due respect, why should "The Streak" count here? Surely the guy who puts his all into every single match he wrestles, let alone at WM, should be appropriately deemed Mr Wrestlemania? Surely the guy who has created the best memories and had the best matches at Wrestlamania should win here?
