That looks ing huge, but I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned that the reporter was wrong. He said WM has only happened outdoors 1 time before this, which was when they did it in Vegas, I think it was WM9. I could have sworn that WM19 happened outdoors, but I might be wrong.

WM XIX was held at Safeco Field in Seattle. It's a retractable roof baseball stadium. It was closed to hold up the giant lighting rigs they built for the show, so it was indoors. Can't wait to see how THQ and Yuke's manage to up this stadium for the next SmackDown game. It's already looking incredible and it's nowhere near complete. That stage is freakin' huge!!! Can't wait 'til this Sunday.

I turned it off after the bunghole called it a soap opera.

And honestly, keeping the roof open in the middle of Spring here in Seattle is just begging for rain, at least in Florida, you have just as good a shot for rain as you do sunshine.

Just search "Pro Wrestling Report" on Google since I can't post the link and click the big "Wrestlemania coverage" graphic and you'll find it.
You can see pictures from how it looks outside the Bowl on PWR's site. They'll have coverage of the entire weekend (Starting last night going through RAW on Monday) if you wanna check it out.

No, those white things are probably going to cover the screens, and I'm sure the pyro will be covered if its raining while they're not using it.

Wrestlemania belongs indoors, IMO.

From what I understand a tarp will be lashed along the floor area. If not, then oh well, thats the risk you gotta take.

hwo will the people in the cheap seats see if theres a canopy? wont they be looking directly on the top of the canopy? They'll have giant video screens above the canopy. Pretty ridiculous, though. I was expecting a tall canopy like the one they used at Wembley Stadium for SummerSlam 1992. Must suck for those up there. *EDIT* [img src="http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedImages/Stories/Entertainment/Hey_John/Snapshot[3](1).jpg"] On second thought (or look), it doesn't look like the view from above won't be as blocked off as it seems. It looks like the canopy is only the size of the ring and security walls, so, aside from the steel trusses holding it up, I don't think the nose bleed seat owners will be denied a full view of the setup.
