How do you make Vector Art? Photoshop, polygonal lasso tool, paintbucket, and some brushes for a little bit of shading.

A tad sloppy where his pants start off.

I know what you mean Mark, but thats how his pants are in the pic, they are a tad wrinkled. And, since I followed his pants line, thats why it looks crooked.

I really like it. It all looks pretty smooth and you did a nice job on the face. The colours you used work really nicely too.
But when I do vectors I use the pen tool thing, not the polygon lasso. Might be personal preference.
Either way it looks nice, but I wouldn't use the drop shadow in future.
