when i print they are the wrong sizes!!! help- Change the sizes, duh!

i have tshirt printouts butdont no how 2 use them lol- Put them on figures

what are the 2 lines 4 on the sides?-These are so you can line up the shirt correctly so it covers the figure properly

and when i print the shirts have NO COLOR- Get a new ink cartridge
