ok so you highlight the parts you want by pressing shift and then you save it?

ok so you highlight the parts you want by pressing shift and then you save it? You do that, then you resize it. After it is resized, select all the frames on the animation tab and change the speed to 0.06. After you've done that, save it. |

ok so i downloaded the jim jones ballin video and when i take it to image shack it only shows the first six seconds of the video and thats it

yes i tried that but it ended only being 6 secs long and how do you save vids from wrestling encyclopedia?
