I feel like this thread is dying. So I'll revive it a little bit with a question..
Somehow, I have 1100 Microsoft Points, when I had 0 like a week ago, I didn't buy any. I'm not complaining..

Where's the best place to get an Xbox? Retail stores. Go into Walmart with the retail price and buy one. I wouldn't suggest getting one used at all, because of RROD. Get the warranty on it and keep all of your paperwork. I got mine from Walmart before Black Friday last year for just $100. It was $200 + $100 gift card free, so essentially, it was $100. Keep an eye on deals at Best Buy, Walmart, etc. and just strike while the iron is hot |

I am thinking of getting Red Dead next along with Alan Wake. I was going to get Super Mario Galaxy 2, but those gameplay videos of RDR were pretty nice.

Hey Weddle, how did you like Metro 2033? I have it but haven't put a lot of game time in to it. Loved it. It's a very atmospheric game and that is what sets the tone for the entire game. The metro is a very gloomy place and the people reflect that. The game has lots of little details you can easily miss such as the people adding to the story and it rewards people who like to explore the environment. If you like story driven games and games that are eerie then you will enjoy it. |

I get the E74 error, and I don't have a warranty. What do I do? If your console is under 3 years old, you call up Microsoft and get it replaced for free. E74 errors get the same support as 3 Red Light errors. |
